[PV][feat] Auto detect Hesai arrays

Julia Sanchez requested to merge AdaptPVWrappingToHesai into master

Hesai data can be processed by the SLAM algo through PV wrapping. With this MR the arrays are auto detected to avoid unexpected crash.
