13d91ddd vtkOpenGLContextDevice2D apply current matrix for text and images

When rendering with GL2PS, the current matrix was not being applied to
the origin of text and images. Fixed that, and augmented test to

For the pio reader, add support for 2D hypertree grids. Also create
a set of default variables that will be checked when a file is loaded,
instead of having all variables be checked by default. Adds gobal field
data for user name and problem name.

Added option to load variables as float64. Can just open a dump file
without writing a pio file. Added code so that reader options can show
as gui checkboxes. DUMP_DIRECTORY and BASE_NAME can be enclosed in
single or double quotes in the pio file.

Cleaning up error messages in vtkAMReXParticlesReader. Error on failure
to locate Header file is now explicitly reported.

The code to read particle coordinates was not handing conversion from 2D
data to 3D data correctly. Fixed that.

vtkPResampleToImage ended up picking field array listing from a rank
that didn't have any non-empty data. Fixed that by ensure we don't
bother looking at arrays if the dataset is empty.

Addresses paraview/paraview#18590

vtkFieldData failed to call `this->Modified()` when array were removed.
This resulted in `vtkDataSet` maintaining an obsolete cache for ghost
arrays. Fixed that.

Changes to vtkXMLUnstructuredGridReader restricted the offset and cell
DataArray types to int, long, and long long. However, the reader used
to support other DataArray types for these arrays and now produces an
error when attempting to read a file with this type offset/cell id.

This change checks whether the specified data array type is valid, and
if not, converts the data read from the file to an acceptable type
(long long to handle potentially large offsets and cell ids). Added
test for a non-supported offset and cell array type to verify the
conversion works.

When a vtkMultiBlockDataSet contains a vtkMultiPieceDataSet,
vtkXMLPMultiBlockDataWriter will split each piece into another
vtkMultiPieceDataSet. As a result, the written XML data file will
contain nested "Piece" elements. Since vtkMultiPieceDataSets are not
hierarchical, this dataset cannot be recreated as described.

To fix, have the reader replace the top-level vtkMultiPieceDataSet
with a vtkMultiBlockDataSet instead when nested Piece elements are
found.

Modified test to exercise writing out a vtkMultiPieceDataSet block and
read it back in.
