FindOpenXR: Also look in 'openxr' for headers

Scott Wittenburg requested to merge scott.wittenburg/vtk:findopenxr-add-include-dir into master

Since the OpenXR-SDK installs it's headers into an openxr subdirectory, it makes sense to include this path when we try to find OpenXR_INCLUDE_DIR.

When included in ParaView, this change should resolve the problems I encountered in this superbuild MR.
