Add support for OpenXR to the XRInterface plugin

Turn on OpenXR rendering module for the XRInterface plugin. This depends on common-superbuild providing OpenXR-SDK, added here.

Changes:

  • Add OpenXR-SDK and jsoncpp projects
  • pythran: update to 0.11.0
  • python3: update to 3.9.13
  • gitlab-ci: update to VS2022
  • gitlab-ci: update to Xcode 13.3
  • gitlab-ci: use the new CI image
  • ci: update to Fedora 36
  • boost: support VS 2022
