Adding AMR Mesh support for Catalyst 2.0

This merge request adds support for AMR support for Catalyst 2.0 introduced in !9699 (closed) Simulations that support AMR data can pass Conduit nodes representing the mesh with the type amrmesh This MR also adds fixes to the original to properly interpret AMR boxes
