Catalyst 2 AMReX Support

Corey Wetterer-Nelson (Kitware) requested to merge c.wetterer-nelson/vtk:catalyst2-amr-support into master

This MR provides support for AMReX mesh support within Catalyst 2. The expectation of this infrastructure is that the received Conduit node will be compliant with a node generated in the AMReX library.
