Unified memory

Li-Ta Lo requested to merge ollielo/vtk-m:unified-memory into master

I added the support of unified memory on new nvidia card based on both Chris Sewell's work and the updated ArrayManagerExecutionthrustDevice.h. It passes all tests on a P100 at LANL (except the copyright test).
