Unified memory
I added the support of unified memory on new nvidia card based on both Chris Sewell's work and the updated ArrayManagerExecutionthrustDevice.h. It passes all tests on a P100 at LANL (except the copyright test).
System updates will be applied on Nov 25th between 7am and 9am, EST (UTC-05:00). This site will have intermittent downtime during that time.
