MarchingCubes: set the proper field name for normals

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/vtk-m:normals-field-name into master

ParaView looks for it with a capital 'N'.

This is applied on top of the commit looked at by the paraview superbuild for easy backporting (if wanted).
