Remove no_virtual option from ci settings
The no_virtual setting is no longer supported (because virtual methods
are completely removed from VTK-m), so the setting did nothing. Thus, we
can remove that option from the settings in CI.
System updates will be applied on Nov 25th between 7am and 9am, EST (UTC-05:00). This site will have intermittent downtime during that time.
