Update VTKDataSetReader/Writer namespaces

Kenneth Moreland requested to merge kmorel/vtk-m-user-guide:new-reader-namespaces into master

The io package has changed to put all readers in the vtkm::io namespace rather than have them in separate reader and writer namespaces.
