Update to remove code for streaming array handles

Kenneth Moreland requested to merge kmorel/vtk-m-user-guide:remove-streaming-array into master

The code to support ArrayHandleStreaming actually penetrated code throughout the invocation of worklets. Removing them cleaned up the code, but also changed the interface to some internal classes. Update the code and documentation to reflect this.
