CLEANUP: added ability to expand surface meshes, abstracted interactor, and fixed transforms in Vulkan renderer

Add audio testing examples in sandbox. Add resources to the data folder

The reset doesn't work for NeoHookean PBD constraints but works
for other types of constraints. This is added to issue tracker.
