Activate keyboard shortcuts for widgets when active source changes

Aron Helser requested to merge aron.helser/paraview:widget_key_shortcuts_source_change into master

When sources are selected in the pipeline browser, and the Properties panel is updated, make sure the first 3D widget in the panel has its keyboard shortcuts enabled, so shortcuts can be used without clicking in the Properties panel.
