TL;DR
Proposed solution
This MR allows to limit the axis of Pan using the Arrow keys while pressing mouse middle button. This is slightly different from what it was asked in the issue but I believe is more intuitive for the user.
Relation with !4143 (merged)
In the previous MR !4143 (merged) a shortcut on the form of Shift + X/Y/Z was implemented to translate a given figure in the RenderView.
This feature I believe was misunderstood from the original issue which it referred to translating the Camera.
In this MR a revert commit of commit the Shortcut for translating given figure is included .
