Add improvements to the PIO Reader
Add gui checkboxes for the PIO Reader options for loading as HyperTree Grid, loading tracers, and loading variables as float64.
This depends on the vtk merge request here: vtk/vtk!6565 (merged). @cory.quammen is there a proper way to link the two merge requests?
