third party: update projects where possible

Ben Boeckel requested to merge ben.boeckel/paraview-superbuild:3p-updates into master

A few stragglers that need more docs about how to make their tarballs (trimming, "install and repack") or commit comparisons (extracting to patches?).

I expect a bloodbath on CI, but I'd like to know where to start.
