gitlab-ci: restore `auditwheel repair` command

This command was removed by 3b68fa8d (ci: pull osmesa and egl in test
stage, 2024-08-13) from !11367 and since then our wheels lacked a
`manylinux` tag. PyPI rejects such uploads. Restore the command so that
PyPI uploads can proceed.
