[CI][tests][ROS2] Create ROS2 tests
Goal
Create a test to see if new lib breaks some functionalities (computation time + trajectory analysis)
Changes
- Add 2 test jobs
- Print the test output in the job terminal
- Force monothread in tests
Results
The result of the comparison is printed
