[ROS2][fix] Fix and clean launch files
Goal
- Fix the launch files
- Before, on feat/ROS2, use sim time was not well handled in launch files, leading to some nodes running on bag replay time and others on ROS clock.
- The TF were badly set for some cases
- Uniformize the launch files
Changes
All launch files from lidar_slam package have been modified.
GPS was removed
