[ROS2][fix] Fix and clean launch files

Julia Sanchez requested to merge ROS/fix/SimTime into feat/ROS2

Goal

  • Fix the launch files
    • Before, on feat/ROS2, use sim time was not well handled in launch files, leading to some nodes running on bag replay time and others on ROS clock.
    • The TF were badly set for some cases
  • Uniformize the launch files

Changes

All launch files from lidar_slam package have been modified.

GPS was removed

Tests

  • Ouster with driver
  • Ouster without driver
  • Livox without driver
  • Velodyne without driver
