[ROS2][refact] Adjust rviz display

Tong Fu requested to merge ROS2/refact/SetDisplayOfRviz into feat/ROS2

Goal

Rviz2 can slow down when slam runs if SLAM registered points is enabled

Changes

  • Disable SLAM registered points and set decay_time=0 by default
  • Enable Keypoints maps instead to show map
  • Make SlamControlPanel at the right of the window
