[ROS2] Separate ROS2 from ROS1 wrapping

Separate ROS2 from ROS1 for clarity and stability issues.

  • Erase ROS1 test of the CI, future ROS2 tests will be added later
  • Add catkin_ignore in ros_wrapping with an error message to prevent users to use it when using ROS2 branch
