REFAC: Rename MeshToMeshBruteForceCD to ClosedSurfaceMeshToMeshCD

Andrew Wilson requested to merge andrew.wilson/iMSTK:MeshToMeshBruteForceCDRename into master

Might be worth putting a special warning in the CD factory for the specific string "MeshToMeshBruteForceCD no longer exists, please us ClosedSurfaceMeshToMeshCD instead." Additionally could just do it for the user.

At least until a non closed one is created. Which should be the "default" collision for meshes.
