- ImplicitGeometryCCD now based off contact history to work for levelsets. Particularly for deep cuts. A separate ImplicitGeometryCCD would be nice to add later for SDFs (analytical or fields).
- Keyboardcontorl works without driver. Nice for debugging (where you call advance yourself)
- Cube SDF orientation supported
