BUG: Attribute Resource Copy Finalize Ignoring Attribute Copy Options

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:fixingAttributeCopyFinalize into master

The method will now the attribute specific copy options if they are provided. Also removed explicit attribute copy options that are the defaults for the case no attribute copy options are provided.
