Strange UI behavior with copied Attribute Resources and Expressions

Have 2 attribute resources: Resource A contains an expression attribute and Resource B contains an item C that is referencing the expression attribute in A. Then copy Resource B. When displaying the attribute containing item C, the panel looked like this

If the user then uses the combobox to set the Item (in this case Total Solution iterations) - the expression that it should be set to does show up in the list.
