ENH: Added a mechanism to set the separator for default attribute names

Robert M. O'Bara requested to merge bob.obara/smtk:defaultaAttributeNameSeperator into master
  • Added both C++ API and XML/JSON support. For XML files this is in version 5 format
  • Also changed the default File format to version 5 for Attribute XML files for writing
  • Added a test for the new functionality
