Setup:

The nightly schedule sets the GIRDER_UPLOAD_ENABLE variable to use these tasks
There's a secret containing the API key only accessible to upload jobs (owned by the buildbot user on data.kitware.com)

Possible issues for this MR specifically:

Both AEVA and CMB packages are uploaded to the same place right now
