[WIP] Fix smtk install
SMTK fails to install its shared objects and python files in the superbuild. This fixes the issue.
Need to test whether this works.
Based on branch from !36 (merged)
A GitLab update will be applied on April 24th, between 8am and 10am, EST (UTC-05:00). This site may have intermittent delays during that time.
