Autogen: Add AUTORCC test /w AUTOGEN_BUILD_DIR

I added a test for the usage with AUTORCC and AUTOGEN_BUILD_DIR together based on this issue. The issue doesn't occur anymore but it is good to have some tests about it because there is no test for AUTOGEN_BUILD_DIR.
