Add optional template updates

Joe Snyder requested to merge joe-snyder/autopybind11:add_template_notification into master

Add a comment which describes the template as it is created and add an optional flag which uses a "wrapper" function to create the py::class_ object. This is mostly for developers who have a wrapper function to use to ease the finding of the location.
