Should allow use of Drake's specialized DefineTemplateClassWithDefault wrapper in code
For template instantiations, we ultimately need them in the following form:

The fully inlined version of it is:
DefineTemplateClassWithDefault<RigidTransfor<T>>( m, "RigidTransform", GetPyParam<T>(), doc.RigidTransform.doc) ...
