Wrapping: Wrap SetController

Christos Tsolakis requested to merge christos.tsolakis/async-paraview:handle-set-controller-in-reflection into master

Remote wrapping, i.e. Async ParaView's ClientServer wrapping equivalent should also wrap and initialize the multiprocess controller. The controller should be the controller of the respective vtkService and it is critical to set it since this is how MPI will be utilized in each service.
