Enable vtp,vtu and vtm writers

Christos Tsolakis requested to merge christos.tsolakis/async-paraview:save-file into master

Minimal changes to enable few of the writers. The proper way is to expand the vtkDataFileMicroservice and add methods that pick the proper writer based on extension the same way we do for reader.
