Enable volume representation for Unstructured Grid Data
requested to merge christos.tsolakis/paraview:enable-volume-representation-for-unstructured-grids into master
Tested only with Unstructured Cell Types source.
Volume representation for UG is hardcoded for now instead of importing the corresponding Qt widget.
Depends on async/paraview!99
