Changes required for new widgets from SMTK.

David Thompson requested to merge dcthomp/aeva-session:new-widgets into master
  • Pass volumetric mesh geometry untouched so that VTK/ParaView can apply filters to show mesh interiors.
  • Add toolbar buttons for the image and mesh inspectors.
  • Update to new CI images that bump ParaView (and thus require some changes due to the modal keyboard shortcuts it adds).
