[refact] Fix bundling with new LidarView plugin system

Majors changes:

• Factorize plugin installation (inspired from paraview bundeling)
• Build slam plugin directly from lidarview-superbuild (depending on keu-computervision/slam!238 (merged))
• Fix packaging issues caused by lidarview!169 (merged) and lidarview-core!399 (merged) (this MR depends on them)
