[refact] Fix and update LidarView packaging (!105) · Merge requests · LidarView / LidarView-Superbuild

Changes:

Add wix packaging,this will replace NSIS packaging due to long path not supported
Copy Qt and python dll on lidarview install in bin/ (see lidarview-core!450 (merged))
Rework lidarview.conf and calibration files installation
Use superbuild defined variables for library_path and executable_path (see lidarview-core!450 (merged))
