[refact] Improve plugins examples

Depends on !413 (merged)

Changes:

• Add ProcessingSample Example as a plugin example
• Add a simple (not working) interpreter example
• Build example plugins if LIDARVIEW_BUILD_EXAMPLES is ON
• Enable plugins by default but autoload only required
