[refact] Restructure examples and add UI tests for python

Changes:

  • Move example folder from Utilities/Examples to Examples/
  • Separate in two directories python examples and plugins examples
  • Add tests for all non-slam examples
  • Install python examples if LIDARVIEW_BUILD_EXAMPLES is ON
