[feat] Add in the UI of the sensor list tool to live transform data

Add sliders for translations and rotation updates, linked to lidar proxies to help manipulate the sensor data

The goal of this commit is to enable a live changing tool for the transform of the lidar data. This aims at easing up positioning multiple sensors relative to one another in a multi sensor setup
