The vtk module are built statically into LidarPlugin library,
to avoid confusion when loading.
Should be removed if we decide to unwrap LidarCore from the plugin
(move it in LVCore directly).

- Add PCL sample_consensus package for vtkPCLRansacModel
- Change lidarplugin_sources to lidarplugin_classes for filters with xml
- Remove duplicate set(lidarplugin_classes)
