Enable switching from remoting XR runtime to default XR runtime dynamically 

The default OpenXRManagerConnection ensure that XR_RUNTIME_JSON
environment variable is unset in Initialize.
This enable multiple version queries or OpenXR render windows to use
different OpenXR runtimes.
