VTK and java wrapping on Mac
This issue was created automatically from an original Mantis Issue. Further discussion may take place here.
Thanks for the various helpful suggestions.
I made the following two changes and at least it compiles now (whether or not it works is another matter, TBD).
Also, one needs to use COCOA and not CARBON.
This change allows it to compile the Objective C JAWT header:

This change accounts for the change in Apple's jawt_md.h for 1.4.2 whether the point is to a cocoaViewRef rather than a cocoaWindowRef
RCS file: /cvsroot/VTK/VTK/Common/vtkJavaAwt.h,v retrieving revision 1.22 diff -r1.22 vtkJavaAwt.h 111c111,112 < temp0->SetWindowId((void *)dsi_mac->cocoaWindowRef);
> //temp0->SetWindowId((void *)dsi_mac->cocoaWindowRef); > temp0->SetWindowId((void *)dsi_mac->cocoaViewRef); // DAC. 20040731 for Panther and 1.4.2 (no such thing as cocoaWindowRef)
