VTK and java wrapping on Mac

I made the following two changes and at least it compiles now (whether or not it works is another matter, TBD).
Also, one needs to use COCOA and not CARBON.
This change allows it to compile the Objective C JAWT header:

This change accounts for the change in Apple's jawt_md.h for 1.4.2 whether the point is to a cocoaViewRef rather than a cocoaWindowRef
