This corrects an reflection implementation where only "Vectors" and "Normals" were reflected
Now all 3 component vector, symmetric tensor and tensors of signed type are reflected if
a new option is on.
This also change the default behavior since this will flip the dataset Tensors if any.
This also update the test so the vector reflection is tested
