Mixed cell support for Catalyst-Conduit.

Menno Deij - van Rijswijk requested to merge mennodeij1/vtk:conduit_mixed_support into master

This enables the use of mixed elements (incl. polyhedra) in unstructured grid definitions. It requires catalyst with conduit/for/catalyst-20220827-v0.8.4 which has not yet been adopted in catalyst.
