Multithread vtkProbeFilter's ProbeEmptyPoints

vtkProbeFilter's ProbeEmptyPoints has been multithreaded using vtkSMPTools and it also caches previous results for better performance. Also, the dataset's locator will be used, if possible, to avoid rebuilding the locator. Additionally, SnapToCellWithClosestPoint flag has been introduced which allows you to snap to the cell with the closest point if no cell using FindCell. This flag is only useful when the source is a vtkPointSet.
