Updated built-in libpng to 1.0.64

Was previously 1.0.12 (2001!).

So this fixes 14 years of bugs, but my motivation was CVE-2015-8126, a libpng security bug recently in the news.

1.0.x is itself obsolete, but I figured sticking with that branch would have less build issues, and indeed there were none.
